Create and enforce specific compliance rules by location, qualification, or expertise. Whether it’s an induction checklist or a mandatory document, Entire OnHire ensures only compliant and active members can accept shifts, without slowing down your rostering.
Members can view all available shifts, but if they don’t meet the compliance criteria, the system automatically prevents them from accepting the shift through the app. Depending on settings, they may be prompted to upload documents or contact your allocations team, keeping your business compliant without chasing paperwork.
When a worker acknowledges a compliance requirement in-app, a unique document is automatically generated and stored separately against their profile. This keeps compliance records clean, accessible, and audit-ready without cluttering standard documentation.
Use the Override Member Compliances Report to track exemptions and manually adjusted statuses. Identify non-compliant applicants and members immediately including those flagged during onboarding with easy access to contact details and compliance gaps.
Client compliance settings apply automatically to new shifts. Even if a member has worked at a site before, they’ll need to meet the latest compliance requirements for that specific location ensuring full alignment with client protocols and reducing compliance risks.

These reports help ensure your agency meets ATO requirements by providing clear visibility over member status, termination dates, and verification especially during end-of-financial-year checks.
Yes. Members can upload, view, and update their compliance and identification documents directly through the Entire OnHire Workforce App.
No. Agency-wide or client-specific compliance rules only apply to new shift bookings. If new rules are configured, shifts already confirmed against a member will not be affected by the updated restrictions.
